AnswerNet VPN Setup

Use OpenVPN Connect to securely connect to the AnswerNet network. Installation takes only a few minutes. Choose the VPN profile closest to your region for the best performance.

Install OpenVPN Connect

Download and install the official OpenVPN Connect client for your computer.

Windows

Choose Your Region

Select the AnswerNet VPN profile nearest your physical location. Download the profile or use the one-click import button below.

Connect

Open OpenVPN Connect, select the imported AnswerNet profile, enter your AnswerNet VPN credentials when prompted, and click Connect.

Select an AnswerNet VPN Region

Only install the profile for the region you normally use.

US East

AnswerNet East

Recommended for users in the eastern and central United States.

Import into OpenVPN Download Profile

US West

AnswerNet West

Recommended for users in the western United States.

answernet-west.ovpn

Import into OpenVPN Download Profile

Canada

AnswerNet Canada

Recommended for users located in Canada.

Import into OpenVPN Download Profile

If the Import button does not open OpenVPN Connect

Download the regional .ovpn file instead. Then open OpenVPN Connect, choose Upload File or Import Profile, and select the downloaded file.
